Entry-level Test Fixtures

Pressure is applied by a large threaded bolt using a spanner, and measured by a load cell.

A fluid flow rate sensor monitors the flow through a water-cooled cold block that removes heat from one side of the thermoelectric device.

Heat is provided by electric heaters enclosed into a copper hot block.

Various thermocouples are included to measure inlet and outlet cooling temperatures, heater temperature, TEG hot & cold face temperatures (directly in contact with the ceramic plates), etc.Entry-level Test Fixture - TCS

The heater units (each is nominally 230V at 500W) and the flow sensor, load cell and thermocouples would interface to your own instrumentation and system control.
