Entry-level Test Fixtures
Pressure is applied by a large threaded bolt using a spanner, and measured by a load cell.
A fluid flow rate sensor monitors the flow through a water-cooled cold block that removes heat from one side of the thermoelectric device.
Heat is provided by electric heaters enclosed into a copper hot block.
Various thermocouples are included to measure inlet and outlet cooling temperatures, heater temperature, TEG hot & cold face temperatures (directly in contact with the ceramic plates), etc.
The heater units (each is nominally 230V at 500W) and the flow sensor, load cell and thermocouples would interface to your own instrumentation and system control.
